The Ban Ki-moon Foundation is delighted to see its Co-chair, Ban Ki-moon, take the stage at the Austrian Society for Sustainable Real Estate Management (ÖGNI) Symposium 2026 on Otober 22, 2026 and looks forward to an inspiring exchange on how ambitious sustainability commitments can be transformed into tangible progress.

Following the successful premiere in 2024, the ÖGNI will once again host its symposium on 22 October 2026, under the title “Sustainability: Turning Intentions into Impact!”.

With his extensive experience and global perspective, Co-chair Ban Ki-moon continues to advocate for translating international commitments into meaningful and concrete action. His longstanding commitment to sustainable development and global cooperation makes his participation particularly relevant to this year’s symposium of the ÖGNI.

The event aims to provide practical support for the transformation of the real estate sector towards greater sustainability. The symposium will take place at the historic Ronacher Theatre in Vienna.
